Non-Authorized Intervention and Force Majeure:
In the event of unauthorized intervention, weather, or other causes beyond the control of the NJ Airshow (hereinafter referred to as "Air Show"), the event may be terminated, suspended, or delayed. In such cases, tickets are non-refundable.
Weather-Related Cancellations:

If the Air Show is canceled in its entirety on any specific date or for the entire weekend due to weather, tickets will be honored at the following year's show for the same corresponding day. For example, a ticket for Saturday will be valid for the Saturday show in the following year.
Partial cancellations or schedule adjustments within a show day do not qualify for ticket rollovers.

Ticket Day Changes:
Attendees may request to change the date of their ticket to another available show day during the current airshow event. Requests will be accommodated as long as ticket availability allows. Contact customer service for assistance with ticket adjustments.
Photography, Video, and Re-Entry Policy:

By utilizing this ticket, you consent to the Air Show's use of any photographs or video ("Images") taken at the event that may include your recognizable likeness and/or that of any minor accompanying you, for marketing, promotional, advertising, or publicity purposes.
Additionally, you agree that all photographs, film, and other types of recordings you take in and around the Air Show and publish or share online can be used by the Air Show at any time for archiving, marketing, promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without further compensation, recognition, or attribution to you.
No re-entry is permitted once you exit the Air Show premises.

Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances unless specified in these terms.
By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to abide by all rules, safety protocols, and directions from event staff.
The Air Show reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions as necessary to ensure the safety and success of the event.
